<p>After that crime happened the Ramsey&#8217;s family had never spent a night in that 1930s built rambler/ranch vintage house. In 1997 John Ramsey (father of John Benet) was transferred by his employer in Atlanta and decided to sell the home in a relocation company.</p>
<p>Now, this home is back in the market with &#8220;for sale&#8221; sign after being pulled out by more than a year ago. One of the accused of not clearing the sidewalks with in their premises was Boulder councilwoman KC Becker, not only once but twice.</p>
<p>Councilwoman Becker&#8217;s residence is located at 3141 Ninth St., and was not cleared after the snow storm on Wednesday, even though the city had already announced on Tuesday that clearing deadline should be at 3 pm the next day.</p>
<p>One of her colleagues says that Becker is currently on vacation and could not be reached either through her phone or e-mail on Wednesday. However, it was clearly stated in the rule that residents and businesses must be given 24 hours to clear their sidewalks after the end of snow storm, even if they are out of town.</p>
